Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box over any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
